Hypothetical Scenario: You’re a 37 year old guy who’s a professional graphics designer. You have a passion for surfing, and you want to get involved. BUT… you’ve already attended bible college, got a degree and been leading a Christian Surfers club for years. You don’t really want to come for the training, but you want to use your skills and experience to contribute to the organisation.

There are occasions when people who are very experienced in a particular area, and have had previous ministry experience, want to join the team. Sometimes the Leadership Program doesn’t suit their stage of life.

To acknowledge this we also have several positions in the office which people are able to apply for. To be successful in your application you need to have a proven history of working within your particular field, and also previous ministry experience. We strive for excellence, so just because you know how to use facebook it doesn’t mean we’re hiring you as our web developer.

All our staff raise their own support, so all positions are voluntary. We’ll do our best to assist you with accommodation, but you’ll need to contact us to find out more.

Position: Admin Assistant
Description: Admin is the unsung hero of Christian Surfers Africa. Stephanie is our full-time administration co-ordinator, but we’re in need of an assistant to aid her in the organising of our major projects, the national office, and more.
