Looking to be involved for longer then just the 5 month program? You’re not alone!
In previous years we’ve found that a large proportion of our students have wanted to stay on for an extended period of time. Following completion of the leadership program students are able to request to join the staff here at Christian Surfers Africa as an intern.
Interns will develop a portfolio or a project that is in line with their skills and calling, and will operate as a member of staff. Minimum time frame is 3 a month commitment, and this can be extended indefinitely depending on the persons calling and circumstances.
We will assist people as much as possible in their work, however interns will not be supervised as closely as students and will be given control over their work load and will be expected to operate.
Examples of internship projects include…
- An extended media campaign
- Establishing new Aleph courses for underprivileged children
- Focusing on fundraising
- Assisting in office administration
- Community projects
